2025 is already moving fast—and Protostream has hit the ground running. Since January, our team has worked across 19 cities in 3 countries, contributing to 28 productions that ranged from live event audio engineering to technical direction and show support.
One standout project? Supporting our friends at Rival Entertainment, BlueprintNYC, and Delta Air Lines during two incredible events: Employee Profit Share Day and the Delta Centennial Gala.
Bringing Technical Vision to Life
For Delta’s Employee Profit Share Day, we staffed the production with some of the top producers and engineers in the business, helping ensure a smooth and polished experience across the board.
For the Centennial Gala, Protostream took a deep dive into technical execution. Under the direction of Rival, we supported the overall show design, including:
- Artist rider integration
- Rigging and structural design oversight
- Audio placement and LED/staging layout
- Experiential tunnel execution
- Camera blocking, stage direction, and show calling
- Run-of-show development and adaptation.
Held at the Delta Flight Museum in Atlanta, this once-in-a-lifetime celebration featured projection mapping on a newly unveiled livery design, a Hans Zimmer original score, and performances by Vitamin String Quartet and Jon Batiste.
